❌ 2. Don’t interfere, corner or attempt to trap the snake for your safety

👀 3. PLEASE keep your distance and KEEP AN EYE ON THE SNAKE CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE SNAKE CATCHER ARRIVES 🐍

🚪4. GATES AND/OR DOORS THAT ARE LOCKED CAN RESTRICT US from GETTING to the snakes location and BEING ABLE TO CATCH IT! PLEASE ENSURE IF SAFE TO DO SO, THAT NECCESSARY ACCESS POINTS ARE UNLOCKED!

📲5. STAY with your PHONE so if we need to CONTACT YOU on ARRIVAL WE CAN DO SO!

👻 6. REMAIN STILL WHILST WATCHING THE SNAKE TO PREVENT SPOOKING IT AWAY TO A PLACE WHERE IT COULD BE UNCATCHABLE, HAVE 1 or 2 PERSONS WATCHING IT

⚠️ 7. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH OUR WORK GET IN THE WAY OR TRY AND ASSIST, STAND CLEAR AND LET THE SNAKE CATCHER DO THE JOB! THIS ONLY PUTS OUR SAFETY, YOUR SAFETY AND THE ANIMALS SAFETY AT RISK AND CAUSES UNNECCESSARY COMPLICATIONS. We are not liable responsible for any persons or pets that may be injured due to negligence ⚠️ ✋

There is a no cooling off/cancellation period from time of requesting our service and hanging up the phone. A call out fee is still payable once the job has been requested. 

 

We will be there shortly. You have confirmed our services and the below relevant fee is applicable: 

RESIDENTIAL RATES
Standard residential call out fee of $180 + GST
Out of region call outs and specific requests may be quoted at a higher fee (Beyond Gold Coast and Canungra). 
 

COMMERCIAL RATES
Commercial call out standard rate $250 plus GST 
Out of region call outs and specific requests may be quoted at a higher fee (Beyond Gold Coast and Canungra). 

INVOICES

Callout requiring an invoice is $300 + GST
Please note we only invoice by prior request and will charge for additional administration as per the above fee, however correct invoicing details and job numbers must be provided upfront! PLEASE ALLOW 48hrs for invoice receipts. Please email hudsonsnakecatching@hotmail.com for any queries. ​​​

The reptile/s at your property that are captured and relocated, are done so in accordance with Department of Environment regulations and guidelines. They are taken to the nearest suitable habitat/conservation area away from homes, businesses, construction sites, roads, pets and livestock. THEY DO NOT GET RELEASED ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR PROPERTY AND WILL NOT COME BACK 👍😊🐍

A reminder it is illegal to catch, kill or relocate reptiles without a Queensland Government permit and we thank you for doing the right thing by calling us to do our job.

We regularly record our catches for awareness, education, service records, promotional purposes, for the media and for an enhanced customer experience. If you or someone in your household, business or place of work does NOT want video material to be recorded please NOTIFY US ON ARRIVAL.
